Glass & Maintenance, we strive to get it right first time and every time but if there’s a fault with our quality assured products we offer the best warranty in the business.

​Shower screens / splash backs / wardrobes and mirrors​

• 18 months workmanship from job completion

• Warranty works to be done when job is fully paid for within agreed terms

• Full manufacturers warranty’s applies for faulty hardware and metal finishes.

• Silicon 12 month manufacturer’s warranty

• HK Glass and Maintenance will repair or replace where necessary any products that have reasonable faults for a period of 1 year from date of installation

​Security Screen Warranty​

• 18 months workmanship from job completion

• Manufacturers warranty applies for faulty hardware and metal finishes

• 10-15 years depending on chosen product for stainless steel mesh

• INVISI-GARD 316 high tensile marine grade stainless steel – 15 years

• Secura-screen 304 high tensile stainless steel wire – 10 years

​ Windows & Doors Warranty​

• 18 Months workmanship from completionManufacturer’s warranty applies for faulty hardware and metal finishes.

​ Not covered under warranty

• Cost of the service to repair faults due to wear and tear and misuse where no fault of the product can be found

• Glass breakage unless due to faulty workmanship

• Scratches or colour variation to be reported within 24 hours to comply with glass warranty

​HK Glass & Maintenance offer full care when removing old existing shower screens and products but due to the process involved. HK Glass & Maintenance except no responsibility for damage to floor and wall finishes or damage to services with miss-information given concerning plumbing, electrical and gas.

​HK Glass & Maintenance offer full care when removing existing windows and doors, during this process damage can occur to abutting wall and floor finishes. HK Glass & Maintenance will not be responsible for carrying out remedial repairs but will fill and cover up small cracks in plaster within reason if time and product available.
